These vitamins look good and have a combination of multiple vitamins and minerals. My only issue is the price. For $85, I'm not sure it's worth it. Nature's life has a comparable multi-pak that I've been talking for years that is WAY cheaper in price, but not quality.Nature's Life Mega Pak Multiple Mix, 30 CountAlthough you get 60 packs with this one, compared to the 30 packs with Nature's life. If you check the nutritional facts, you will see that what you get in 2 packs of the Alpha Base pack is comparable to what you get in 1 pack of the nature's life packs.I just don't think these warrant the exuberant price tag. In my opinion, the Nature's life Pak is the best on the market. At least it's the best I've found over the years for one-stop multiple vitamin & mineral Packs.If anybody knows something better, I'm all ears.

I went to a grand opening at a chiropractic clinic and the Ortho Molecular Foundation Paks were being offered as samples. No one took them, so at the end of the grand opening the chiropractor sent me home with the whole box. I was also pregnant at the time, so I'm sure that made my hair grow faster too, but 6 inches in 4.5 months??? That's crazy.
