Perfect!

This grab bar was exactly what we wanted. The brushed nickel matched our Kohler towel bar and toilet roll holder. It was fairly easy to install (my husband's a perfectionist, so it took some time to measure and level exactly where it was going). We mounted it in two studs and it is extremely stout!

Great Sweatshirt

This sweatshirt has to be one of the best I've ever purchased. It's thicker than most regular sweatshirts and provides a zipper to cool down when you're a bit too warm. If you're looking for a thick, quality sweatshirt, search no more. For those concerned with sizing, I bought a large and I'm 5'10 190lbs. It fits perfectly. This is my new favorite sweater. I couldn't recommend it more.

Awesome sweatshirt!

Bought this for my Husband, he was not sure about the zipper around the neck area. But once he tried it on and realized how warm it was it did not bother him. I was afraid it would shrink in the wash being mostly cotton but it did not. Sizing is great true to size. My husband is 5'7 ,150 lb Medium fit fine.

Great item but some discrepancies

I am very excited to begin using the story board (it's a Christmas gift!). The felt pieces are beautiful and with the number of pieces there is great versatility for storytelling. It is a lot of cutting but worth it. There are some discrepancies in the numbering and filing system but with so many pieces that is to be expected. After rough cutting the entire set I found about 8 pieces missing. I emailed the Betty Luken company and they said no pieces had been taken out but offered to send me the missing pieces at no charge, great customer service!!

As my title says, I never write reviews, but I simply had to because of how impressed I was with this set. As the other reviews state, it is a bit of a pain having to cut the items out myself, but this set is so well organized and great quality, I am fine doing it. This set comes with 3 boards, tons of scenery and characters. It comes with a filing system and box to store it in. I love it. The customer service was excellent too. :)

BEAUTIFUL TEACHING ITEM!

This item is one of the most beautiful and useful teaching items I have ever seen. To be succinct, I was asked to do the cutting of the over 600 pieces of felt that are included in this kit. Most people are overwhelmed by it when they receive this product. However, I wasn't. I was asked to do this by the Sunday School teachers at my church who bought it to use in addition to the materials we buy from our own church. When I read the reviews, many said they would never order again unless they could get it "pre-cut". It probably won't ever come that way. It would be too cost prohibitive. But, if you have a good sharp scissors, some patience, and about 2 weeks' time, you can do it and enjoy it as much as I did. I have already purchased two more kits and given them away to 2 of our sister congregations in my area. They were so pleased. Please don't be afraid of the cutting. You can be as precise or as simple in your cutting method as you choose, and either way will work. I want so much for others to get the use out of this product as well. I will gladly do the cutting for any Christian congregation free of charge because I simply love doing it. I guess I can't leave my name or address, but if you can in some way find your way to this information, I will gladly accept your invitation to do the most wonderful "mission" work I have ever done. I want others to benefit from this kit, and if cutting is the problem, I will take care of that with great pleasure. If they will accept a few very "general" hints to contact me, I hope I hear from someone. I am Lutheran and the name of my church is Redeemer. I live in New Mexico in the town of Los Alamos.

Great But One Thing

This is a beautiful faucet totally matches our stainless steel sink. I didn't want a sprayer because I didn't want to mess with the hose, so this was a perfect choice. The spout doesn't extend quite as far over the sink as I would like but it is adequate. The one problem I am having is that it splashes a lot. The stream of water is not aerated enough, so I may have to change the aerator. Other than that, it's great!

A game for young kids not for real serious players

My son loves his set. It is true that it falls apart as you are moving some of the pieces but we decided with our son to put some crazyglue to stabilize them. He has set it up on his night table and thinks is the coolest thing possible and the best result is that he has gotten interested in chess! I love it too!

Defective Unit

I had this unit in black matte installed by a licensed plumber at the beginning of April (2010). Within 4 weeks the water coming out of the faucet was foamy and had a bad chemical smell. It got better the longer the water ran. But each time the tap was turned on it happened again. We stopped drinking the water from the faucet and called Kohler. They were very courteous, but seemed unaware of any such problem. The technician thought it might be a faulty hose, so they sent a free hose replacement kit to us about 2 weeks later. We installed the replacement hose, but the problem persisted. I spoke to Kohler again, and this time they seemed very aware of the problem and said they were going to send us a complete new fixture. They were not willing to discuss the source of the problem, except to say they were well aware of it and that the new faucet was "re-manufactured" and would solve the problem. Let's hope so. Otherwise, the fixture is great looking and performs well - just concerned about what was in the water we were drinking.

Excellent faucet

I purchased this faucet as a replacement for an existing one with a separate sprayer. I wanted to put in a water filter system and needed the sprayer hole. This was very easy to install and came with everything we needed. The quality is much better than the original. I was a bit worried about how the integrated sprayer would retract back into the faucet, but it does so easily and stays put. I did have a slight drip from the spray holes when I was on the regular water stream, but realized that I wasn't pushing the flip switch hard enough. Now there's no drip. I highly recommend this product.

Simple Install, Simple Elegance

Bought this to complement our stainless appliances for a minor kitchen remodel.We explored many different options from Danze to Delta to Price Pfister and so on, but in the end, it seemed that the simplest design was the most beautiful and seemed to be the most flexible in terms of decor. The lines are clean, the size seems "just right" (not too tall, not too short), and the quality feels excellent. Amazon's price on this is also excellent; better than every plumbing supply site I researched.As others have mentioned, installation is a breeze. I had it installed in under 30 minutes. The only tools required are a Phillips-head screwdriver, something to drive a hex bolt (drill attachment makes it really easy), and some Teflon tape. All of the required hoses are included and pre-installed on the lever unit. The instructions are well written with simple diagrams but even without them, the install is very intuitive. Even novices (like me) can handle this pretty easily.Does not come with a soap dispenser, but it can also be purchased separately from Amazon (two styles to choose from: K-1895-C-VS or K-1893-C-VS) at a very good price. All pieces feel substantial and well crafted. The pull-down spout mechanism uses a very simple (and rather ingenious) gravity mechanism (essentially a giant brass nut) to keep the tension on the tubing of the pull-out spout so that it goes back up (never installed a kitchen faucet before, so I'm not sure how other manufacturers design this mechanism); it works great as long as you keep the back of your cabinet free and clear of obstructions. I dig it because the simple engineering means that it's one less possible point of failure.In summary:- Well engineered- Simple, elegant design- Excellent build- EASY to install- Good instructions- Excellent value

Does The Job

I own four bikes. I do a lot of bicycling and storage of them is an issue. I keep my bikes either down the basement where I have my shop or in the spare bedroom. My bikes are expensive and so I refuse to hang them in my garage even though it is locked. I have a large rack down in my repair area of the basement, but then I have to drag a bike up the stairs each time I go out. I decided that since the spare bedroom had become a "staging area" for my cycling operations, I needed a decent looking rack for in that room. This Oak rack looks pretty good in there with a couple of Italian racing bikes suspended over the floor and out of the way. It is easy to use and once properly installed, it is very sturdy. I would recommend it to anyone. If I had kids I would make sure they didn't climb it or use it as a toy. The only constraint is that you must plant it directly under a support beam and this somewhat limits your options for placement. I don't know how that could be resolved as you do need to get pressure on the supports to anchor the apparatus.

Excellent Bike Rack

I've had this bike rack for 1 year now. I've used it to store two bikes most of the time. Now it is holding my two bikes plus my roommates two bikes (I purchased additional bike holders). This is a great bicycle holder for an apartment or garage. It doesn't take much additional space. We use the bikes daily, so putting the bikes on and taking them off is a breeze.The assembly was easy and only requires a few tools.Pros:- Vertically stores the bikes- Holds 4 bikes plus baskets for cycling gear (with additional equipment)- Quick to put bikes on/remove bikes from- Sturdy- Nice decoration for a room or halway- Works on carpet and hardwood floorCons:- None

Superb customer support - excellent product

The skinny: Love it. Received with some holes misaligned, GearUp promptly sent a new portion and it went up like a charm.Myths -(1) it will fall over. Never. You didn't apply enough pressure from the bottom. Just use the two screws if you are worried.(2) there is no padding on the arms. They are rubber coated sufficient to hold very high quality bikes. It's grippy enough to.Function: Excellent, no issues with it falling over like others have stated. Apartment ceiling has studs every 48" (not sure how that flew...), and carpet to boot, so I drilled and screwed it (with the provided drywall screw) into the ceiling after initial pressure-fit and decision on position. Four bikes (two road, two mountain), aggressive use, and even after a small earthquake today everything is AOK. I'd say that's good!Construction: Excellent. High quality wood (only one piece with a minor hint of a knot) and well finished hardware. A few of the holes on the long main pieces were misaligned at first receipt - photo & email sent to customer support and they were very helpful in getting a solution out.Style: Using it as a room divider. Looks very stylish! Will post up a pic when I get a chance. Classic oak fits in many decors.Also - Completely made and supported in the USA. I like that.

Do not buy this shower package.

They must be kidding. Just finished renovating my master bath and most of the material and products met or exceeded our expectations with one blaring exception, the Kohler Devonshire Shower package. If I paid under $150.00 I might say, well it is a piece of junk but I'm only out a buck and a half, at over $500.00 I feel totally swindled. This thing is a made in China offense. Almost all the parts are made of plastic and the metal ones are so thin and cheesy you have to wonder why they bothered, with the only exception being the part that goes to the wall and has the shower head and hand shower diverter, is actually solid brass and heavy, what I would expect the rest of the parts to be at the whopping cost of this product. Crazy thing is I also bought the lavatory faucet from Kohler and the quality of that is fantastic, all solid brass, just beautiful. I have no idea why they would ruin their good name with this thing.

Works well. Contractor decided to use a Delta diverter switch to go from handle to shower head. I purchased this product to go with all the other Kohler fixtures that I had the contractor install for the three bathrooms we recently remodeled. The Kohler fixtures I have found to be of great quality and I'm very happy with how they look and function.

Love this Shower System

After months of reviewing many different shower systems, buying a few, that I returned due to it being primarily plastic parts, I bought this Kohler system and am absolutely pleased with my choice. It's OK

It works, but nothing special.It's got 1 PCI Express x16 (not 2.0) & 2 PCI Slots, which is a pretty standard, low-key combination.Depending on what you do, however, the lack of GIGA LAN will hurt if you're doing bandwidth-intense LAN (file transfers, etc) stuff. Also the lack of an extra PCI Express slot means you're stuck at best with a sub-optimal GIGA LAN PCI card if you decide to try that route later.But if all you're doing is low-key gaming, surfing, etc, or this is a gift for someone else that qualifies as such, this'll do. (There certainly doesn't seem anything wrong with it as I'm using it right now with a XFX ATI card I review elsewhere.)As it is, I got this as a cheap combo, and for the price it was a pretty good deal. Just realize it is what it is. Mix it with a cheap hauppauge 878-chip PCI TV Tuner card, video card, and the rest (RAM, Case/PSU, etc), and you've got a OK little box that does the basics and/or is a great gift.Final Verdict: -1 for the current price on here since for just a bit more, you get alot more. But if you're looking for a rating of if it works, it's a "5".

Great knives

These Wusthof Classic Ikon knives are a great, if a bit expensive, product. They are my daughter's favorite kitchen knives, and there is a wide selection of styles to fit your needs.This is the third knife in this product line we've acquired for her. They stay sharp, fit her hand well, and I can see that the quality means they are likely to last her lifetime. Since they are likely to last so long, making later replacement purchases unlikely, perhaps the initial cost isn't as high as it might seem.And, she cooks for a husband and five children, besides herself. From my and my daughter's experience, I don't think you'll be sorry you bought these.
