"Cool", comfy, dry and warm

My 10 year old son needed new boots in a hurry, in time for a scout hike in muddy, rainy weather. These arrived very quickly, and are just as described: waterproof, warm, and comfortable. Plus, the "mossy oak" camo print made these a big kid hit. They made this hiking outing a pleasure. Plus they will be great for winter snow wear. They are almost an all-year-round boot that keeps you warm in cold weather, and cool and dry in warmer weather.

Great Boots

My 9yr old son loves these boots. This is his second pair. He is really picky about shoes due to the fact that he has a wide foot and wide kids shoes are hard to find. This shoe is true to size. He wears a 5 in nike's and I ordered these in a 6 so he would have room for thick socks to hunt in. He has a little over a thumbs width to grow into.

boys bogg boots

These boys bogg boots are the best. My boys hunt with their dad a lot and they come in handy. The roll down top is the bomb, they are easy on and off even after they get wet. If you have "pre-teens" and they enjoy the outdoors I would receomend spending the extra on these! Terrie

Smells like heaven!

A friend of mine gave me Alora- Verde 16 oz. difuser as a gift and I was skeptical. I'm not into smelly things around the house other than scented candles during the holidays. I absolutely love this scent! I'm reordering it BEFORE I have a chance to run out! I would bath in this if I could.

Comfortable but Humid

These boots are great for short ventures into the woods or puddles. The problem comes in after extended wear. the "wetsuit" material keeps you dry until you build up your own tropics inside the boot, then the humidity can't escape and your feet end up as wet as if you weren't wearing waterproof boots. So buy these depending on how and how long you intend to use them.

ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE!!

I have literally tried every different brand of rubber boot just hoping and praying that the next pair would be the right pair that would live up to my expectations. I spent hundreds of dollars only to be very dissapointed in every pair I ever bought until now! These boots are absolutely AWESOME! All u Muck boot wearers out there are living in the past and wearing an inferyer product! I hav owned muck boots and they are the next best thing to bogs but don't hold a candle to the comfort u get with the bogs and u pay almost double the price for a comparable pair of muck boots. Bogs are literally the most comfortable thing I have ever put on my feet hands down. Not only that but they are very durable and made for extreme cold where other rubber boots will crack apart within minutes. I will recommend these boots to anyone who needs a pair of boots for any purpose in any climate and u can't beat the price! U can't hardly buy a pair of sandals for $80 anymore let alone even a halfway decent pair of boots. These boots are an ice fishermans or a hunters dream! Trust me I am a guide year round fishing and hunting in northern Michigan where we have every different type of weather and terrain and these boots are a must have for any sportsman! Thank u Bogs for becoming the first company to make the perfect boot for sportsmen of all types across the globe!

Good Boots!

These turned out to be some good boots. I typically will not purchase footwear if I can not try them on first. However the price was good on these Bogs and I was looking for a boot that was waterproof. I was skeptical of the temperature rating at first. Typically rubber boots are COLD. I have worn these just about every day for the last month working outdoors. They have kept my feet warm and dry. If you sit for a period in temps below 10 degrees they begin to get cold, but if you are moving they worked fine. I would purchase them again.

Works very well but Size issues prevents a 5 star rating

My husband is a Maintenance Supervisor for a local Zoo and we needed boots to keep him warm and dry that could stand up to walking and welding and everything in between and be washable for those pungent situations such as a drain stopped up in the Rhino or Bear barn, Yucko! These boots work very well, so far his feet have stayed warm and dry, and he has welded several days and the slag just bounces off the lower rubber part. He, naturally, is keeping the top neoprene part covered as it would melt easily.We got the slightly larger size since other reviews say they run small, but I am not convinced that it was necessary. He has an average width foot and had to add another insole to keep them from slipping as they are very roomy. Had he gotten a smaller size the toe length might have been short but the width of the boot might have been closer to right. He walks probably 5-6 miles a day, mostly concrete, and does alot of bending and these boots are very comfortable, even before we added an additional insole. He said if he wore several pairs of socks it might be better but in Texas we don't get cold enough to warrant more than one thick pair. We also bought Bogs Men's Classic High New Break Up Boot and the size and fit was similar and bought Bogs Men's Rancher Black Boot for my boss in the same size with the same looseness as the other styles.I encourage someone to try these boots, especially if their foot is a larger width or they do not mind wearing more than one pair of socks. The comfort has made up for the looseness in our opinion, plus no more cold feet ever.

Delicate yet rich scent & long-lasting

Discovered this product at a B&B near Napa and fell in love with it, bought one for home right away. I am very sensitive to chemically smells so I look for something that smells "natural" and is delicate. I kept this in a small bathroom for many months and it wasn't overpowering. It lasted at least six months, probably more like nine but I don't remember. I have tried the other scents by this company and this one was by far the most delicate and natural.

MG 124CX

Our band has been using a Mackie board for a few years and it sounded O.K. but I thought we could use something better. I have used the 32 channel one at my work and it is the best! This one looks similar and performs better than the Mackie. Lots of ins and outs and the effects are very good if you don't over do it. Amazon has the best prices for Yamaha gear. The guys in the band say this board it is clearer and can hear the mistakes better. I told them we are not going back and they need to try to sing on key!

Wonderful

I have had no problem with this unit at all. I use it for a Youth Praise Team...keys, 2 guitars, 2 mics...dvd-player input and i-pod input.We go from this board to a Pyle amplifier that was purchased here as well. Sound quality is good, effects work well.The only drawback that I have is there are no individual audio levels for each channel.Recommended purchase.

GREAT SLIDE COPIER

Have been looking for an inexpensive way to copy my collection of old slides. I have about 25 slide trays and because some of these go gack more than 20 years they were starting to go bad. I had just gotten a fuju S700 camera and this was offered as a possible accessory and decided to try it. There was one problem that I was able to solve easily. The slide would not fill up the entire viewing screen and knew this wouldn't work. When I used the close up option the image was just a blur. I solved the problem by using the manual override option that gives you a chance to focus manually and this solved the problem. I have done 8 trays so far and the results are just terrific. I would definately recommend this item to anyone who wants to copy their slides.

Predecessor to LEGO Mindstorms

This is the 1999 released Lego product that precedes the LEGO Mindstorms NXT. If you are looking for a discontinued collectible, this product may be for you. But otherwise this product pales in comparison to its successor, LEGO Mindstorms NXT.The brain of this set is called Micro-Scout, but it is much more limited in functionality than the latest version 'NXT.' Micro-scout only has one light sensor and one motor, while 'NXT' has 3 motors and 4 replaceable sensors.

Not challenging enough - lacks a versatile computerised controller

The 'Micro Scout' microcomputer controller which is the heart of this kit is basically a combined light sensor & motor unit, which can't be programmed so you only have the seven built-in programs to play with. Not particulary challenging, even for the youngest builders.I would think that you also need the 'LEGO MindStorms Robotics Discovery' to really make the Droid Developer Kit worthwhile. The 'Scout' microcomputer of the 'Robotics Discovery' kit is programmable and also includes two touch sensor inputs and two motor outputs; making it the ideal heart of a real 'Droid'.Buy both kits and mix'n'match but probably not worth buying this kit by itself.

The droid developer kit let you make your own rolling R2-D2 and other droids, while 9754 dark side developer kit (2000) had parts and instructions for building a walking Imperial AT-AT, a marching Destroyer Stood and more. Both came with a new Microscout controller with a built in motor and light sensor.
