Great product for our purpose!

I am using these for my 93 year old father. He does go to the bathroom about three times a night, but the briefs are still wet in the morning. For our purpose, they work extremely well. If he did not get up and relieve himself, not sure if they would be as effective, but it seems like they would.

Great product at a great price!

I had researched hand mixers for a little while and I was just waiting for my old, cheap, loud hand mixer to die before I could convince my wife I needed a new one (she insisted on the pink color!). I was intending to buy the Kitchen-Aid because of its reputation, but I saw this product reviewed on Cook's Illustrated and it was rated just as high but significantly cheaper than the Kitchen-Aid. I used to use my Kitchen-Aid stand mixer for just about everything, but now that I have this great product, I will definitely be reaching for it more often than my cheaper hand mixer before this one!

Fantastic buy!

I had never owned a good quality mixer, despite being an avid baker. After receiving a gift certificate to Amazon I decided to apply it toward the purchase of a nice hand mixer.After browsing thru many models and reading reviews, I finally decided on this 7 speed mixer. I was happy to get the Cuisinart Breast Cancer pink, since I am a survivor.The first time I used it, I could hardly believe the power it has. I only took it up to the 3rd power level and it mixed very thick cookie dough. It made my holiday baking a breeze. There are so many things I used to have to mix by hand, but not now. The Power Select mixer handled everything with ease and I still have yet to use power level 7.If you are looking for a heavy duty hand mixer that is fairly lightweight and has very easy to clean beaters, this is the mixer to buy.

it's expensive. it works.

I use this and a Kerastase mousse on my hair, and it gives my hair softness and silkiness, as well as volume. If you can find it anywhere for less than $75, snatch it up. Most days, I can't believe I spend this much on hair products, but since it really does make my hair look and feel the way I want it to, I just close my eyes and buy it.If you have fine, brittle or treated hair, ask your hair dresser about Kerastase products before you buy some, and see if you can try it out first. They have a huge line for all sorts of problem hair, and it's best to know what works for your hair before you spend the big money.

The perfect blanket

I bought one of these blankets last year and used it all winter/spring long. I bought 3 more of these blankets for this winter. I live in pacific NW and own Thoroughbreds so my blankets are well tested. The blankets are very waterproof, the outer material is almost indestructible and they fit very well. I was skeptical that they would keep horses comfortable in such a wide temperature range but they really do. When we get a rare nice day in the winter the horses will still be comfortable under their blankets until it gets up to 60deg. where my horses wearing other blankets will be sweating. I couldn't ask for a better blanket. They fit fairly true to size if may be slightly large. The removable tail flap enables you to adjust the fit fairly easily.

Too Expensive for Quality of Product

My husband and I installed one of these ODL retractable screens a couple of years ago and by the next good weather season it was useless. He's an engineer and so immediately went on the hunt for a quality retractable screen. After a lot of looking, research and calling companies he found Screen Solutions. They are a company based in Texas who custom build retractable screens based on your measurements, then ship it free UPS to your door ready to install. Their product is called the Plisse, it is a pleated retractable instead of the regular spring/coiling design. My husband was impressed by the simplicity and since it was only $199 we placed our order. That was two summers ago and we are still enjoying the screen! Works as advertised

The screen arrived on time and was relatively easy to install. My stoop was more of a problem than I thought it would be; but the intructions got me through the difficulty. It took about 3 hours to install, and about 3 minutes before the dog tried to run thru it. Luckily the magnetic catch worked to release the door and the only problem was that it came off of the track. Easy to repair. We then figured out to put some masking tape on the screen at dog-eye level. No problems since, this is a nice product.

Great TV, especially for the price

I watched prices for months before ordering this TV. It was the biggest and best brand-- especially for the price! The TV came by freight, which was a pain to coordinate and the frieght guy damaged the bottom of the TV in the process. The company was great though-- they gave me $150 credit on my credit card or the choice of sending the TV back. I didn't care about the damage-- it was in a lower corner and you couldn't even see it. Great buy!!

Giant 60' stuffed dog

I was a little disappointed when I received the dog. I had ordered this particular stuffed dog because the picture looked as though the eyes were cloth or embroidered rather than push in eyes. When I received the dog, the eyes were glass push in eyes. I had specifically wanted to avoid this type of eye as the dog was a gift for an infant. However, the quality of the rest of the dog was even better than I had expected and the eyes do appear to be well secured. The size was perfect.

As a longtime Starfire fan I am ecstatic that DC Direct finally produced a bust of something other than the same old Batgirl, Supergirl and Wonder Woman. My favorite Titan turned out beautifully in this mini-bust, based on artwork from the popular Terry Dodson! I own the Donna Troy bust as well and Starfire is a tad bit larger than Donna, making me glad to see they increased the size of this line a tiny bit with the second wave.Perfect gift for any fans of the New Teen Titans and/or Starfire in general. WONDERFUL!

My husband was in a motorcycle accident 7/8/12 and could not place ANY weight on his left leg for 10 weeks and then only a little weight for the 11th and 12th weeks. He is 6'5" and 350 pounds so needed a walker to his specifications. The rehab ordered him the wrong walker so since we were getting the runaround we took matters into out own hands and looked online. He found this one and and it was perfect. The price was half of the medical supply place the rehab was uses. The insurance reimbursed us with no problem.

I wasn't too sure about having Vista, but after using it I do like it. I use this notebook at home and the PC I use at work has XP. I like Vista better than XP. The biggest problem I had with Vista is that I could no longer use my very old inkjet printer. I checked the printer manufacturer's website for a Vista driver and it was not providing a driver for that printer. I can print from Vista with my somewhat newer laser printer. I would suggest that before buying any computer with Vista, it would be wise to be sure your printer will run with Vista.The speed of this notebook is excellent. My husband decided to double the RAM and it is now beyond excellent.This computer is great. I need to explore more of it to find out everything it can do, but it has more than met my needs so far. I would highly recommend this computer.In response to another review, I have not had ANY of the problems mentioned. In fact, when we replaced computers at work a few months ago, I insisted on a Toshiba notebook for me (however it wasn't this particular model). I do not hesitate to recommend Toshiba.

Great all-around computer.

This Notebook is super fast with its Pentium Dual-Core Processor running at 1.73ghz. It also has a superfast integrated graphics card with 8-256mb dynamic memory and enough speed to run most games.The internal wireless card quickly connects to the network and is very fast.I'm really glad I bought this notebook computer.

The best laptop for the price.

I bought this Toshiba about a year ago and it is the best laptop I have had. After you have used it for a while you will know what I'm talking about. The speed for the amount of memory amazed me. My roommate has a laptop with 3GB Ram and it is no faster. She was upset because she paid more and has better stats but my laptop is better. Her DVD drive also went out after 6 months of use. This Toshiba is quality. I have never had a problem with it and even though its a little older it runs like new. Decent screen display for a older computer but still not what you will get on a new $800 dollar laptop. Sound quality is decent and gets pretty loud. It just feels sturdy when you use it. It stays much cooler than most laptops under heavy use as well which may have a lot to do with its longevity. I think for the money you couldn't ask for more. If you are looking for a good day to day laptop look no further.
