I ordered this lamp after seeing it at a friends place and commenting on how nice it looked. The shipping was fast, two separate boxes. The marble base is indeed heavy so be prepared to lug that around. The construction of the lamp is good, not too good, but for the price I'd say it is a nice mix of quality and design. Some of the housings look a bit cheap, but once you assemble the glass bulb-surround they appear to be clean and sleek. One note, the instructions aren't the best, so be mindful that the metal spring in the housing goes INSIDE the glass bulb surround, not over it as I had been trying for 10 minutes with 100% confidence that it would never hold.All in all, a great lamp, sleek, stylish, minimalist, throws goods lights and is adjustable. I would recommend it.

We got this lamp for our family room. We have a L shaped sectional and needed to light the room. It works perfectly. Each arm had to be adjusted,which took some doing but it is exactly what we needed for the space.

This is my first arch lamp. It’s beautiful! I was surprised how well all the parts were secured and wrapped. The lamp is shipped in two boxes. Both boxes were roughed up during shipping but none of the parts were damaged.My only concern with this product is where the lamp stem meets the marble base. I'm not confident in the design and sturdiness of the connection in this area. To move this lamp, I will only do so by pushing it by the marble base or with one more person. I'm a bit paranoid by nature, so I don't really think this warrants me removing a star.The assembly instructions are a bit vague but discernible. To install the glass tulip shades you must pinch these two springy metal pieces and push the glass tulip as far as it will go. The metal did not scratch my glass tulip despite how much force and grip they have on the glass.Your lamp should also come with a window suction cup. The suction cup is for installing the actual light bulbs (safer than using your hands and you won't get oil all over the light bulb).My understanding is that a LED version of this lamp's light bulb exists. When these bulbs die, I intend to purchase energy efficient LEDs instead if the lumens are comparable.
