Good looking PFD with pockets, roomy arms and comfortable mesh shoulders. Got one in S/M for size M woman, and one in L/XL for a size XL man... they fit fine for both of us with the adjustable sides. Plan to use these for kayaking on quiet water.

The sizing guide is on the manufacturer's website. Good PFD. Two things I would recommend is another, smaller pocket for emergency supplies. Have that new pocket with eye lets that would allow a signal mirror / whistle to be tied to the vest. Overall construction is quite good. The mesh is cooler than my other PFD.
