I had purchased a Garmin Ique in 2004, I haven't had any problems with the garmin until a month or so ago when the battery would fail to fully charge and on occasion, would just go blank. Well, I ordered this battery which I received in about three days, followed the instructions with the included tools, and now my Garmin works like I just bought it!I can't say enough good things about this replacement battery which just breathed new life into my Ique. It is not hard to replace this battery, and just to be sure I was doing it correctly, found some helpful vidoes on youtube which explained how to replace the battery correctly.You can't go wrong with this battery, the included tools and the instructions, and not to mention the helpful videos you can find on the internet!

The instructions are well written and the tools they provide are good. You probably need one extra small screwdriver to help you pry the shell apart but other than that you don't need anything else except what came with it. The battery is a tight fit. The package form factor is a bit taller than the original battery so you need to screw down the shell to make it fit together OK.

I highly recommend this battery, because it provides over three times the running time of stock battery. It is a lithium polymer battery as opposed to a lithium ion battery.
