I was looking for an additional tripod and pretty much had decided to move the the Induro line of tripods and found an awesome deal on this Manfrotto 055XPROB tripod. Since it was not a huge investment and having been quoted $217 at one of the local camera stores, I decided to take the chance. It was a good decision and the tripod is proving to be all that I needed as a secondary tripod. Having the column X column, is an added bonus and allows me to move the tripod into position for capturing flowers and other items that are not exactly on an easily accessible angle. Would have been nice for them to have included a carry bag or at least a strap based upon the cost.
