By Maria S.
We installed this as a replacement for a Pur faucet filter, which we had grown to dislike because it leaked from many places and went through filters quickly. This faucet is very attractive, and the water it filters is delicious. It filters faster than a Pur faucet filter, and the filters last 6 months and aren't expensive to replace (about $25 each). The one thing I dislike about the faucet is that after you turn it off, it trickles for about three seconds. I called a plumber to fix this, and he said all gooseneck faucets do that - the remaining water in the faucet has to drain out, and it can't be fixed. I only wish I had known this before installation; I would have put it on the "wet" side of my double sink where the disposal is rather than the dry side. Live and learn

By Rudco
There is a Moen 77200 AquaSuite in the home we are renting. We love it so we bought another one for our new home under construction. The water tastes great as all activated charcoal filtered water usually does. The flow rate is good. We use about 3 gallons of filtered water per day. At this rate, we expect to change the filter about once per year, making this very economical for the two of us. It beats buying and lugging and recycling bottled water. It avoids using up valuable space in the fridge and refilling the filter pitcher. It is easy to refill our reusable water bottles. For those of you who insist on being able to toss your empty water bottles, you can still keep a supply of bottled water on hand.If you are handy with plumbing and can drill a hole in the counter top, install it yourself, otherwise find a plumber. I would recommend this very highly. We are planning to route the Fridge water line through the filter to avoid having to replace the more expensive fridge water filter.

I have owned this filter system for two years now. I absolutely love it. A breeze to install and have had no problems with it.They say that for optimal performance to change the filter every 6 months. Hogwash I say! :) The filters are rated for 750 gallons of filtering. Mine have lasted over a year.I have had issues with my fridge water filter clogging after a month or so. So I also installed a "T" from it to send filtered water to my fridge ($5 part at Home Depot). Works perfect.
