The faucet arrived within a few business days. It is attractive and of much better quality than the one (another brand) it replaced. The directions were clear and easy to follow. The one difficulty was attaching the sprayer to the faucet after the faucet was installed. There was not enough room to get a wrench in place, making it difficult to tighten it sufficiently to eliminate leaks. If installing the unit again, I would definitely attach the sprayer prior to setting the faucet on the sink.
