I purchased this ring to ask my girlfriend her hand in marriage. We had looked before at jewelers and department stores, so I had an idea of what she liked. We are not wealthy by any means, so price was a big concern for me, and had prohibited me from asking her sooner. When I realized I could purchase a ring on amazon, the search ensued. I think this ring provides the best value for its cost. She absolutely loves the ring. I was concerned it wouldnt appear "big" enough, but she didnt want anything too big, she loves its size and appearance on her finger. I was impressed with its size for the price when I received it. She receives compliments on the ring ALL THE TIME, I am told I "did a good job". Buy with confidence. I plan on buying the matching wedding band when it comes time.
