I am a physician on my feet all day & bought the smallest woman's size, am 5'8" & 145 lbs and these Jobst socks fit loosely with barely any discernable compression. I then bought the ZOOT running socks in a size 3 and they fit and feel perfect. Go with ZOOT instead.

Socks were for my husband. He has some already and just needed more. We were happy to find them in black as before they always had to be white. They seem much easier to put on than other support socks he's had.

Started wearing these w my first pregnancy 8 years ago. I still have those from 8 yrs ago and though the white has turned bluish, theyre still elastic. Bought these black ones and they are perfect. They are cotton like a gym sock and unlike some compression garments, they dont cause moisture buildup, ie sweaty feet. Wear them in the operating room on my feet for 8+ hours and legs feel great. Highly recommended.
