This hose reel is very well made. It has a very strong spring and the locking mech works perfect. For residential use, it should last many many years.

Very heavy duty unit. Would reccomend to anyone for rough service, i.e.technicians in a shop environment. Am looking foward to replacing the rest of the units in my shop with these.
