I purchased a more expensive (almost twice what this one cost!) CHI at an Ulta store and it only had one temp setting. It was way too hot for my fine/medium hair. As soon as I tried this one I returned the other iron. I love that I can adjust the temp and I use different temps at different times and I don't have to be concerned about frying my hair. Shipping was very prompt and seller sent a free gift pouch to keep the iron in. I highly recommend this item and this seller.

The sraightener works really well, the only thing is it really fries your hair if you dont turn the temperature down. But that can also cause it not to work as well but overall its good. Oh it comes with a case to i wasnt expecting that =]

I love my BioSilk Chi iron!! It's exactly what I have been needed for the past ten years!! It makes my hair super straight, curly, crimped, or whatever I want!!
