its annoying to keep putting ice in there everytime u want to ice knee. it frezzes the knee pretty good. cant walk around with it on have to lay still... there are better products out there keep looking

Really nice product. Amazon had the best price on it. Best knee wrap I've used. Much better that refreezable gell packs which do not stay cold long enough.
