You could go bungee jumping with this holster and it would hold your weapon. It doesn't come with the pouches seen in the picture. I didn't expect them just stating it for consumers. My only bone to pick with the sellers is they need to specify the details on the holster at the title on the search page prior to clicking on the item to view it. If you have a Beretta with picatinny rails it will not fit this SERPA. (The search page states that it will fit with A1 rails, however the item page states it will not). I again will reiterate; if your Beretta has picatinny rails this SERPA will not fit.

Purchased this partway through my Iraq tour. Very comfortable, never had any thoughts about my pistol falling out. It's plenty adjustable too. Takes a while to fine tune it.

used mine for a year in afghanistan, the only improvement id make would be to close the bottom of it to prevent sand from getting in the barrel, i just put duct tape over the end and it fixed that problem, keeping my weapon cleaner
