Arrived promptly and was exactly what I needed (the outside and inside parts). As a note, when installing be sure to install the parts in the correct order (wall plate and then outside handle extender). If you do not your water on/off tap will fall off after minimal use - I know this sounds elementary, but this problem stumped me for weeks... (I guess it helps to read the instructions vs. just putting it together). :&
