By yasi
I got this recommendation from a new hairdresser -- he said that using this hairbrush 50 strokes front to back and 50 strokes back to front, all over my head, will help with the fullness & conditioning of my hair. He was right: 100 strokes a night have made my hair look better, feel better and made me happier -- who doesn't want more gorgeous hair? The first evening I tried it, my scalp was tender; but i quickly got used to it and my hair looks fuller and feels better than it has in a long time. The idea is to spread the oils from your scalp through the hair; what better conditioner could there be? I'm about to order a small size for my Mom since she has very short, thin hair. If's expensive but worth it if you actually use it. I don't think of it as a styling brush -- imagine it like in the old movies: the heroines brush and brush their hair to increase the shine and conditioning....imagine that...

By lavenderFields
First and foremost, it's a great brush, and I use it very often. My first impressions were: this brush is very lightweight, dark ruby practically means its black, and boar bristles kind of feel like plastic bristles. Then I used it, and now I'm a believer. My hair is growing more rapidly it seems, and is really quite soft. It also feels really good to brush as the bristles feel like a massage for my scalp (and my sister concurs)...MmmThe only negative I would have to say is that I thought my hair was thin, so I bought the sensitive version. It seems though, that my hair is not as thin as to warrant the use of the sensitive version. In some places (i.e crown of my head) the bristles do not reach my scalp. Too bad they have no returns on these. I will just have to buy another one;)

I can't even count the ways. The first time I used it my hair went immediately from rough to soft and smooth. My mom's had hers for 20+ years, and now I know why. Best hair investment ever!
