For the money, this is an outstanding home cleaner. Works perfectly for my many pair of smudged spectacles, with a noticeable, but not too loud buzzing.I should have gotten one a long time ago!

This cleaner is worth every penny. I didn't do enough research and purchased a different brand for half the price about 6 months ago. I thought it did a good job but then the switch broke. I read more reviews, learned that the less expensive unit was prone to switch problems and also learned the difference between sonic and ultrasonic cleaners. I decided on Branson as a replacement. I received it a few days ago and there is simply no comparison in the quality of the unit or the quality of the cleaning. I would suggest you not waste money on anything else.
