This light looks great installed in my kitchen. I wouldn't recommend it as the only light, because it's not overly bright, but it works great with the other recessed lights in our kitchen. The individual lights are very easy to maneuver in any direction. The installer was also impressed, and asked where I purchased it. It only took him a few minutes to install it. FYI - he also mentioned that these types of bulbs (which are included) can get rather warm. So far, I haven't noticed any excessive heat, but you can definitely feel the warmth if you place your hands in front of the lights.
