Hansgrohe took out their logo from the product photos. This faucet has the Hansgrohe logo and the hot and cold red/blue dots on top of the lever. I don't like the way these look and I would not have ordered this faucet if the product photos had been accurate. Other than that, the product description says it's brass but it feels very lightweight. The pull out handle in particular seems to be plastic with a 'steel look' coating over it. Basically the quality of this faucet is not any better than the Kohler faucet I was trying to replace. I'm returning this item, and I'm going to quit thinking Hansgrohe is a quality brand.

This is my second Hansgrohe faucet in 22 years. They make a quality product with excellent function and design. I saw this faucet at my local plumbing supply store and was ready to special order it. Fortunately I checked Amazon and saved close to $100.00! The only change I would suggest is a polished steel that would be a bit more fingerprint resistant. I do find that polishing with a microfiber cloth keeps this faucet looking nice, but I do have to do that multiple times daily. I am very happy with our purchase and would recommend this highly. Whether your kitchen is contemporary or traditional, it is an attractive addition.

After a year of use this product is performing very well. The quality is evident, I have had no problems and enjoy using it several times a day. It still strikes me as very good looking in my minimalist kitchen.
