Amazon pricing and delivery cannot simply be beat, this is a very solid faucet with contemporary looks for the bathroom. All the knobs/connections are very heavy brass and appears to be able to provide years of use. The faucet spout is what drove the purchase as the wife wanted the waterfall ribbon look that is unique to only a few brands. After looking at Hansgrohe, Grohe, Toto, Cali Faucets we ended up using Jado for majority of the bathroom fixtures since their corresponding shower bodies turned out to be brass/steel rather than the plastic that seems to dominate the mid/high end markets (Hansgrohe/Grohe)The casting is all brass with the exception of the drainage cable which is this sort of plastic griping piece that when you pull it engages the sink stopper, but they provide instructions on replacement so hopefully that's nothing to worry about as its a better implementation than the cheaper faucets I've had in the last home I had which was supposed to be renovated which the faucet started showing its age within 5 years. Everything seems to be very smooth turning and functioning. The faucet does come with an Aerator which can be removed if you want that clear waterfall ribbon look, but it uses a very very small metric hex key and hook to remove.The finish is, to me very unique as this was the first bathroom remodel I did. Its Brushed Nickle but there's a sort of lacquer finish over the metal which protects it. A call to Jado did confirm that all finishes other than Chrome has a lacquer to it since its metal surface (same goes for my shower body/trim/tub spout). Which means that cleaning this thing requires something in the likes of GelGloss.. so its neither negative/positive since you are moving into the upper end of plumbing products and something this expensive (list) you would probably take care of more carefully anyway.used for a few months already and really like this.
