I just received delivery of this chair a few days ago (from the maker of the chair)and thought I would write a review since I did not see any reviews on Amazon for thisspecific model (Human Touch Ijoy 2720). My initial impressions: WOW!To my understanding, this is currently the largest massage chair in the Ijoy series.I really have to give this chair a very high rating and I am very glad I made the purchase.The chair offers a very deep, invigorating massage consisting of four different modes:kneading, rolling, percussion, and compression. The chair allows you to pick any one ofthe aformentioned modes, or, it has 3 automatic modes i.e. "back refresh" which consistsof a 15 minute massage incorporating all four of the featured massage styles.I believe I read some reviews of the Ijoy 2850 of which some people complained it beinga little on the small side, but I have to tell you that is not a concern in this model.I'm 5 foot, 8 inches tall and this chair is plenty big! It is 35 inches wide, and whenfully reclined, spans 57 inches.I researched this chair and the company, Human Touch, and read many articles/reviews thatthis is a great company who makes quality massage chairs.What is also great about the chair is it doubles as an excellent recliner. Its so comfortableyou could spend hours reading, watching TV, or just relaxing in it.Other features include a swivil out cup holder, and a power jack to plug in low voltageitems such as a smartphone or Ipad. The chair also has a built in roller so you caneasily transport it around a room or even move it to another room.It cost about one third to one fourth less than some of those other massage chairs. Ok, so what'smissing then? Many of the more expensive chairs feature airbags under your behind or around yourlegs and feet which adds to the cost, as well as reclining into an anti-gravity position.But again, I want to emphasize, for anyone looking more for an invigorating massage all the way downto your very lower back up to your neck and head area, this chair does an excellent job. In fact, thekneading massage has to be felt to be believed.I also purchased the matching Human Touch foot/calf massager ottoman (HT 1355, and its very nice because itswivels over and doubles as an ottoman.Do not be concerned about the massage not being strong enough. It has a cushion padding which can be removedfor a stronger massage and it was so strong, it almost hurt, so I put it back in.In summary, for anyone looking for a deep tissue massage covering the neck (and yes, it really massages the necknicely), upper back, middle back, and lower back, this is the chair to get.One of the best purchases I've made. Remember too, you can later add a matching foot/calf massager i.e. HT 1355.I highly recommend this massage chair.
