We installed this faucet and the matching tub set in a bathroom we remodeled. It looks great, cleans up nicely and we got the brushed or satin nickel finish.However, we noticed that with very little pressure, the handles would turn beyond where they were supposed to stop. Apparently, the part that AS uses for connecting the handle to the turn valve for the faucet is plastic and wears out very easily. AS is always friendly and accommodating and has sent us the replacement parts at no cost, but they fail almost immediately. The plastic piece, I think it's called an extender, is grooved and fits into the turning handle. However, the handle is metal so without much effort, the plastic "teeth" flatten and don't work. In fact, the handles turn a full 360 degrees when they wear down.Every time I've called for the replacement, I plead with AS to make this part metal so that this stops. We've now given up and after replacing the part 4 or so times, we're switching to another faucet. It's very disappointing because for the price you would expect better quality parts from AS. I'm equally disappointed because I won't be able to match it exactly to the tub faucet now.

I love these faucets and they have absolutely raised the level of my bathroom. I have dual sinks so I bought two sets. I love the feel of them.

This is the third one of these that we have owned. The first two are over two years old and still work well.They are quite easy to install, and still work as well as the first day we installed them. This is a timeless look,goes well in a traditional setting at a price that is half of a comparable one at a larger hardware retailer.Definitely would buy again.
