Made with the quality that products used to be made with, this finder is great for some digital cameras or rangefinders without 35mm framelines, such as the Leica M3 or Voigtlander Bessa R3.The brightline finder, means that you can also see some area outside the frame lines (what you will be photographing). This is helpful in framing since you can see what may not be included.

This item costs about 60% of the price that Leica sells its external X1 viewfinder for. Besides being costly, the Leica viewfinder is hard to find. OK, it doesn't provide "perfect" alignment but it is close enough for fast street photography. It is for 35mm equivalent coverage while the X1 is 36 mm -- big deal. Besides even viewfinders in good SLR don't have perfect full coverage anyway. Highly recommended based on cost and quality.

This is very nice and very bright view viewfinder, much brighter than SLR I really like it, compare with Leica's is same or better.Cheung Chang.
