I like this mirror because of the build in light fixture along the side. It allows a even distribution of light to the face without casting a shadow when the lights are mounted on the top of the mirror. It's great for putting on makeup.The Kenroy Rifletta Vanity Wall Mirror requires you to pre set the power supply in the wall as well as a switch to control the light as in a wall mounted light fixtures. I have installed three of this mirrors in my house and with ease. The mirror is frameless, it doesn't look chunky as with most framed mirrors or cheap like those frameless one you find in Homedepot or a hardware store.I see it this way as I purchase the mirror. Cost = Lights + Mirror

The light from above puts shadows on our faces, but turn this on and they are gone. Clean, classy, contemporary. Love it.

We received this mirror very fast with the Prime shipping (highly recommend this feature!!) but when we opened the box the mirror had a few chips on the sides. I contacted Amazon with the problem and have to commend the customer service I was provided. The immeadiately sent out a replacement and provided a shipping label to return the first mirror. When the second mirror arrived it was perfect! The mirror does require to be hardwired in, but I thought this was fantastic, you can switch it on or off as desired. I have received so many compliments and it truly does look beautiful.
