I have (2) pairs of these and they are fabulous! I walk the dog in the morning, wear them around the house (like sweats) and used to war them hiking on cool days. The L size would fit a 12/14, i bought the bigger size because I do wear long underwear sometimes, but a M would have been better (I run between 8-10). Couldn't beat the sale price and am very happy with my purchase! Loooove Outdoor Research!!!
