I bought this ring through a friend. It was exactly as it looks on the site. Very nice and heavy. I mixed up my size and when i received it, found out it was 2 sizes big. I am currently in Africa and so i contacted MontRed and spoke with a lady called Jasmine. They agreed to exchange the ring and i shipped it back to the states. Long story short, i got the exchanged ring which was my right size. The customer service for MontRed was awesome. Very good seller.
