Let's not beat around the bush on this review, I love these pans. I am not a professional chef, I'm just someone who has to cook his own meals everyday. I find these pans to be easy to use and easy to clean. The heat transference is excellent, the pans heat up quickly and evenly. There are no cold spots or hot spots on their surfaces, which you sometimes get in lesser quality pans. They also clean up in an instant, they are the most truly 'non-stick' pans I've ever used. And most of all they are reasonably priced. With other brands, like All-Clad, you can pay over $100 for a high quality pan; and those pans are excellent, I own two. But the Swiss Diamond is an outstanding pan and a very reasonable price, and they are fast becoming my favorites in the kitchen.

Really! Have heard the standard exhortations against using non-stick coated products but I diligently guard against high heat and am otherwise very satisfied.
