I have used this product for years and have been able to purchase it at a department store cosmetic counter. Unfortunately, that is no longer the case because Shiseido has "improved" it adding ingredients that I am sensitive to. Needless to say, I was thrilled to be able to still get the original formula online and it is exactly what I was looking for.

It is exactly what I was looking for as I have used this product for years. It's unfortunate that companies think they have to keep changing their product when they already have desirable ones.

In my opinion, of course. I use this after cleansing, or washing, or showers, and then put on a moisturizer. Keeps me going all day, and that is saying something because I have had dry skin all my life, until I found this Shiseido item. I scrimp on other purchases, but not with this Shiseido Benefiance Enriched Balancing Softener. Big bottle lasts me a year or more. Love the line, always come back to it.
