I have always torn and bitten my nails. There is something magic about this product--it makes nails stronger and the urge to "attack" my nails is practically gone! It is very important to apply every day for at least two weeks and then as needed. I find applying most everyday helps the most.

Don't know how many bottles of this stuff I have ordered for my wife. She uses a lot of it, and she gives a lot of it to friends. I guess it is good, otherwise she wouldn't be asking me to keep ordering it.
