I purchased and installed the Panasonic WhisperValue 80 CFM in a bathroom sized 7' x 10'. It installed easily and has a very low profile. It is very quiet (about half the sound of the previous 50 CFM fan that was in the bathroom). No more fogged up mirrors after a hot shower!It's much better than what you'll find at Lowes or Home Depot and really doesn't cost that much more. If I had to make the decision all over again, I'd purchase the same fan.

I recently installed this bath fan in our small 240cuft bathroom. It has no problem getting the steamy air out of the room. It is very quiet and high in quality. I researched may other comparable models but decided on this one. I am very pleased with the purchase it and would absolutely recommend it to anyone. I feel it is priced very reasonably as well.
