Bought from two different Amazon sellers. In both cases all arrived hard as rocks. These are supposed to be "soft chews." What's up?????? You pay more from your vet but then they are fresh and not hard as rocks. I've had to pay both times to return this defective merchandize. NEITHER seller would agree to refund me either the original s/h or my return shipping costs even though these were obviously defective merchandize. I love AMAZON and buy from them often. BUT, here stay away. You've been warned!!!

I HAVE PURCHASED THIS ITEM TWICE AND FIND THAT IT IS CONSISTENT, OF EXCELLENT QUALITY AND TRULY DOES WHAT IT IS ADVERTISED TO DO. THE TREATS ARE AN EXCELLENT COMPANION. MY DOGS SIT BY THE SHELF AND WAIT. THEY EVEN CONSIDER THE ACTUAL PRODUCT A TREAT. I WILL DEFINITELY CONTINUE TO ORDER THIS PRODUCT FOR THEM AND RECOMMEND IT TO MY FRIENDS.

MY DOG, A FINNISH LAPPHUND (12 YEARS OLD) WAS SUFFERING WITH LAMENESS IN HIND QUARTERS AND SORE HIPS. YOU COULD TAP RIGHT ABOVE HIS TAIL AND HE WOULD AUTOMATICALLY SIT DOWN, BECAUSE HE HAD NO STRENGTH IN HIS HIPS AND LEGS. I WAS TOLD BY A FELLOW DOG OWNER HOW GREAT THIS WORKED ON HER DOG. GOT THE PRODUCT IN 2 DAYS AFTER ORDERING AND WITHIN A WEEK, MY DOG WAS ABLE TO WALK WITHOUT LIMPING. HE HAS BEEN ON THIS FOR ALMOST 6 WEEKS NOW AND IS FEELING WONDERFUL. HIS APPETITE IS BACK AND HE CAN ACTUALLY WALK FOR HIS USUAL 2 MILES WITHOUT BEING TIRED OR ACHY, THANKS TO GLYCO FLEX II. THIS WILL BE HIS DAILY TREAT FOR THE REST OF HIS LIFE! I KNOW THEY MAKE THIS FOR HUMANS (AMAZON CARRIES IT), AND AM TEMPTED TO BUY IT. PERHAPS IT WILL HELP MY ACHY BODY!
