They were easy to install and WOW what a difference when towing and hauling heavy loads, it totally fixed the swaying I encounter when towing my 41ft 5th wheel with my f-350. I also could leave on my factory over load springs, which was nice. Took me about 30 minutes to do the install in my drive way. Its was easier then an oil change.When unloaded, I don't notice/hear them at all.As a side benefit, it greatly helped with wheel hop when empty. From my drag racing experience, i would use these over traction bars. The truck handles better on turns at interstate speeds.FYI, it raised my the height of my bed about an inch, so I had to lower my 5th wheel hitch.

These are full-time helpers, not overloads as advertised. Even on the bottom hole, they engage as soon as the jack drops. Lifted rear of my F250 1.5-2" unloaded, ride is bumpier. The good thing is, they work when it's loaded. Pulling a 33' 5th wheel, it's not riding with the rear leaves negatively arched, providing a much needed boost WITHOUT riding as rough as a 1 ton dually. Install is pretty easy, even though the online & printed instructions are confusing about weather or not the plastic spacer is used.
