I'm a mechanic, and even with my deep discounts from my regular parts suppliers, this was still one hundred bucks cheaper for the exact same Dorman part! It arrived in perfect condition, extremely well packaged, and yes, the ABS ring was pre-installed. Ironically I found this out only after taking some 30 minutes with a torch getting my old ABS ring off the original axle. Oops. Perfect fit and the bearing and seal it came with work perfectly. Just a heads up, if you are planning on replacing the bearing at the same time, (which you should) you will need a slide hammer with the appropriate "feet" to pull out the old bearing. Nearly impossible to get it out otherwise without marring the bearing seat.
