Not worth the price

Very disappointed. Ordered this to treat myself. I expected luxury. This is a basic, light weight, waffle weave robe and it's not very roomy or soft. Way over-priced.The worst part was the size! I am 5'8" and a size 4, but have long legs and arms. I ordered the UNISEX robe size MEDIUM, which is a size up for me. If the robe is to fit a medium size man, then they must make these for very tiny people.The sleeves run real short and so does the length. It is not pre-shrunk so expect it to get a full size smaller after washing. Sent it back for a full refund.

This is a very good high quality product. It appears to be well made and looks as if it will last for a long time. It seems to get softer and more comfortable with each washing. The only thing that kept me from giving it a 5 star is that despite the fact that they state they have sized the robes to accomodate shrinkage from washing, ours still got a bit smaller with the first washing. So if you are at the "upper end" of the size you are considering you might want to step up one size. Also due to the fact that I slightly underestimated the size and the shrinkage, the belt rides too high on my waist to be comfortable. My wife wife was on the lower side of the size she ordered so her's is perfect. So if you get the size right I would highly recommend this product.

Exactly what I was looking for!

I surfed the web thoroughly looking for a waffle weave robe. The negative review "Not worth the price" almost dissuaded me from purchasing the Bellora Waffle Weave Spa Robe, but after much research reading reviews about it and other similar robes, I ordered the Bellora. I am a small lady(5'5" and weigh 120), and I ordered it in a size large - because of the reviews, I knew to expect some shrinkage. Plus, the waffle robes in hotels are usually a large, nice and roomy ... I'd rather have more robe around me than less! It is a decent weight robe that comes below my calves and has long sleeves - that was not mentioned in the description and not evident in the picture - that I have to cuff a bit, but that's preferable to 3/4 length sleeves. Absolutely worth the price - others that I researched were lighter weight with 3/4 sleeves and no collar to turn up on my neck to get even cozier. I use it after showing or coming from the spa, it is absorbent and comfy-cozy and I love it!

Great, but very specialized sounding, hi-hats

I have purchased these hi-hats because their small diameter helps them sound distinct for Drum 'n Bass beats. :-)Note that because of their size and because of the natural tone of the alloy, they won't sound like "regular" sized hats at all. B8 (don't fret; Meinl does B8 well!) tends to be higher pitched and cleaner than other alloys like B10 and B20.Compared to using 2 splashes, these are significantly thicker, but not as thick as something like the Classics Bells. This allows responsiveness and decent durability. They are high pitched, but crisp sounding. Stick sound is fairly glassy and splashing them gives some shimmer. Even though they are small, they are audible over the competing sounds of the rest of the kit.They are fairly priced cymbals that would be great for new tones, for the adventurous drummer, or as a right-foot hi-hat (like Thomas Lang or Benny Greb).

Best Lelo toy for me..

I just recently purchased 5 lelo massagers (Gigi,Elise,Ina, Mia, and Iris)because lets face it..these prices on amazon are a STEAL. If i go into a "specialty" store right now this particular toy is $123..and that's the cheap store! Gigi was last on my list because shes so small but I thought I might as well give her a shot and o boy! I was shocked to find that she is hands down the BEST out of all five! I usually don't give in to G-spot vibes because they usually are such a disappointment.. but this one was definitely anatomically correct and is the REAL DEAL.I really had high expectations for Elise but Gigi stole the show! Sleek and velvety silicone, easy to clean, rechargeable, and will take you to the moon in no time. Lelo does it right.My only problem with her is that compared to the dual motor vibes(Elise and Iris)she has less settings and the highest speed could be just a tad higher. Plus the interface(compared to Ina) with its hard to press buttons all on one dial like a joystick(no pun intended) can be a little frustrating while in the moment. If Gigi had dual motors like Elise or Iris and an interface like Ina, I wouldn't need anything else. For those of you that are worried about buying this kind of stuff offline for fear that they would come in obvious packaging, have no fear! The packaging is just a regular brown box just like any other package. If your getting your first Lelo, this is the one!

Smooth

I got this cymbal by accident and originally I was rather mad. I order an 18" traditional crash through Amazon and was sent this cymbal instead. I was going to return it, but then I put it on my kit and WOW!!! The only word that I can think of to describe it is "Buttery." It is so smooth and I love the resonance that it creates in the room. I liked it so much, I ended up buying two other cymbals from the Byzance Jazz series.

This was purchased as a secondary crash, I also have the 16-inch model and they sound great together. Beautiful wash sounds great as a small ride on quiet stuff. It does not have enough cut to be used in big band or larger venues.

Best Hi Hats EVER

Sweet Jesus. I received this two babies and immediately set them. First thing I noticed was the weight they had, then the LOVELY amazing unlathed finish, its really awesome. You can see what a good manufacturing process they go through, in Turkey of course. They are really dark with a quick decay when washed, they cut through really well, and also very articulate. They are awesome for Funk, Fusion, Jazz, and some limited Rock. Best decision ever made!

I absolutely love my dark hats. If you hate hi-hate "CLANG" or a super hard "CHICK" sound, then get you some dark hats. These particular hats are super dry too, so keep that in mind.OH. I forgot to mention. THEY ARE GORGEOUS.

Intel Q6700 Quad Core CPU Review

This is a quality product. It's packaged well, it installs easily and it works flawlessly. The included thermal solution (heatsink and fan assembly) fits well and keeps the CPU temperature nice and low without making fan noise. The heatsink has factory pre-installed thermal compound, so you don't need any "heatsink grease" during installation.A few "facts" about this (and other Intel Core 2 Quad) processors:* Performance speed is better, but not a LOT better than a dual core. This is because most Windows programs only use one core anyway.* Programs that are written for a multi CPU system (such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Lightroom) will be screaming fast when run on this chip.* A quad core CPU is actually 2 dual cores in one package.* This CPU is "locked" (it cannot have it's clock multiplier changed for "overclocking").* To get an "unlocked" CPU, you must buy a $1000+ "Quad Core Extreme" chip (i.e. a QX6700).* This CPU is not supported by older motherboards. Surprisingly good!

Not too shabby at all. It really has a wonderful sound for such a small guitar. No, it doesn't have the bass response of larger and even some cheaper full size guitars but it sounds clean and bright and does the job when a big sound isn't required. Regarding the size of the frets and playing it, it is of course smaller and sometimes some chords seem a little bunched but then on some chords it is easier to play. Just depends on the size of your hands. The size can be both a plus and a negative. A plus when traveling or playing on the couch or in bed. A negative when wanting a bigger sound but it's not designed for performance although in the right application can easily sound good enough for certain performances. The action is a tiny high out of the factory compared to many guitars and that might turn off new players but it could be worse so no big deal. I personally love it but my hands aren't huge and I don't require a big sound. Great guitar for kids to learn on for sure although cheaper ones could be found without the same quality. It may be small and cheaper (minor corners have been cut to save money in the building process) than some Taylor guitars but it is still a Taylor and it sounds like one too and that's a wonderful thing for this little guy! :) Btw, it comes with a nice tan colored Taylor gig bag made just for the baby Taylor. AND, if this guitar is too small for you but you still want quality in a slightly smaller package you might want to look at the 15/16th sized big baby Taylor or even some parlor guitars. Just a thought.Edit after one year:It is still a very nice guitar and I don't regret buying it and much of what I originally stated above still applies. That said, I know a little bit more about guitars and learning guitar than I did before (mind you I am no professional and still learning so take that into consideration please) and I would like to add that I now do not recommend this guitar for most normal sized adults or even some adults with smaller hands, as a beginner guitar for the following reasons. One, it's a bit too small and cramped for learning many chords and for picking strings cleanly. This can lead to frustration, tension and sore hands and fingers beyond what normally happens with a beginner learning to play. Not to mention, the action is kinda high imho. Two, it's a bit more "pingy" or "twangy" sounding than I originally thought. Having used some nicer and full sized guitars since, I can say while this one is pretty darn nice for a 3/4 guitar, it's really not a "great" sound over all. After a year of using it, I would only suggest this guitar be purchased for adults with VERY small hands, children ages 7-12 or so depending on their size, and for those who NEED another smaller guitar for travel or some other reason. "Need" is the key word I think when considering this guitar.

Perfect

As I have gotten older my fingers don't stretch as they used to. So while in Best Buy music dept. I decided to walk into a neat acoustic guitar room where they have their entire inventory to look at and sample. I wanted to try some smaller some smaller guitars. I picked up the Taylor Baby and was sold on it after strumming a few cords. Great sound, minimal action, simple but attractive and priced great for a Taylor, A richer sound then my my Ovation Applause. A real winner

Bridge is coming up

Purchase this from a local music store. I purchased one for my daughter in June of last year, and the bridge is already lifting from the guitar. We were told this is unusual for a Taylor, it is more common in a cheaper guitar.Our local music store would have replaced it if it was purchased there, but I wanted to save $50.... It has been well taken care of, yet it is now going to cost me $100.00 to get it fixed. The sound is great and she loves it.

Product Description

The Supra IR is an all-in-one, day/night camera that captures images in all lighting conditions, with a built-in long range IR illuminator. The camera provides color images in bright lighting conditions, and automatically adjusts to black-and-white images when the light level drops. Even in complete darkness, the Supra IR provides clear, accurate images with the support of 54 infrared illuminators. The Supra IR camera has a weatherproof housing and sunshield. It comes fully assembled, pre-wired and pre-focused for easy installation. New Universal Bracket provides for quick pan/tilt camera adjustment. All brand new in box. Great image quality

I think this camera is actually 5 star worthy, however, the lack of detail in the product description is the reason why I am giving it 4 stars.I was taking a chance with this camera since no one else had place any reviews for it, but with the price I got it for, I figured I'd try it.First of all, let me say that this camera is not a wide angle camera as I was assuming. It is zoomed in, I think the ratio is 1:1.6. I actually need a wide angle camera, so this did not suit my needs properly. Although, I suppose I should have known that in the product description when it says "Long range", so it's partially my fault as well.However, if you do need to be able to see far distances, this camera works really well. The infrared LEDs do a great job of lighting up the scene, even with no additional lights on outside. My back patio is very dark and I was able to see the woods in the distance pretty well.Also, the screws that come with it confused me a bit. On the bottom of the camera, there are two screw holes, however, this only came with one screw to mount the camera. When I went to mount it, I realized the screw is too long to fit into the camera. The way I found to fix this was not very obvious to me at first. On the rear of the camera, there's a little bracket that will fit a screw as well, which is held in by two hex-screws. The fact that a hex-wrench was included with this camera hinted to me that I had to use it somewhere. With the included hex-wrench, I was able to remove the rear bracket and then use it as a spacer to mount it on the bottom. This is actually a useful feature in case you want to hang your bracket from a ceiling.Also, this only comes with the camera and the bracket. No power supply or cables. Fortunately, I already had both since I was replacing a Swann camera that already had the wiring and power going to it.I will probably end up selling this camera as my goal is to be able to see as much in a close distance, but like I mentioned, this is great for longer distances.EDIT 2011-04-26Instead of selling this camera, I ended up using it affixed to the side of my house and pointing down the street that leads to my house. This camera does a great job for that, and looks great in both daylight and night time. Most night vision cameras that I've seen like these tend to skew the colors during the day a bit, but this one looks pretty natural. At night, it's very crisp with very little noise at all, especially compared to some other cameras I have.

Unbelievable sound

One of the best crash cymbals I've heard in my life. Full not-too-bright, and not-too-dark sound. Just the right amount of "swish" and just the right decay. I would absolutely highly recommend this cymbal, as well as any other Meinl Byzance.
